Survive 41 has truly changed my life. I spent a long time looking for a fitness community that fit my schedule, was close to home, felt personal, and would help me grow without making me feel overwhelmed. Coach V and the entire team have created exactly that. They hold you accountable while making you feel supported every step of the way. This has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I now see healthy living as something that is realistic and achievable. I’ve built consistency and routines that actually fit into my life. From the moment I joined, Wanda and Jody made me feel welcomed and cared for. They checked in right away and made sure I had everything I needed. Coach V’s knowledge is incredible. Every workout and stretch can be adapted to your fitness level, so whether you’re just starting or have experience, you feel challenged without feeling discouraged. Every coach I’ve trained with has been motivating, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. If you’ve been looking for a place where you’ll feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become a healthier version of yourself, I highly recommend Survive 41.

Great atmosphere. Dont go there to hang out. No tripods and videos. Coach Vargas will teach you and will stay with you till you get it. He is patient and a great teacher. But he will push you and he will hold you accountable. You will have fun! If you stick with it you will get better. Physically and mentally. He has a family mentally and progressively you will work to fit in. Its contagious. From young and old experienced or not. He will find where your weak and make you better. Its not for body building its a place for over all health. Moving, stretching, strengthening and boxing training. You will leave after ever class tired and proud.

I started at Survive 41 about six weeks ago, and it has been a great experience. Coach V and the entire team are warm, welcoming, and supportive. The smaller class sizes create a more personal atmosphere than a traditional gym, which which is something I really like. I appreciate the balance of “tough love” when slacking and the recognition when working hard. It’s the perfect combination of encouragement and accountability. I would recommend Survive 41 to anyone who is ready to start—or restart—their fitness journey.

When I first signed up for this gym, Coach Vargas told me my life would change. I didn’t believe him- I was hesitant to try something new. But over time, everything changed. I didn’t just lose weight — I gained confidence, discipline, and a deeper connection to myself. I started making better choices, showing up for myself, and feeling grounded in ways I never had before. Coach Vargas is more than a fitness coach. He has supported me physically, emotionally, and spiritually, always pushing me while also reminding me of my worth. On the days I doubted myself, he believed in me. On the days I felt tired or overwhelmed, this gym felt like a safe place. Survive 41 is not just a gym — it’s a family. If you’re looking for real change, real support, and a community that will challenge you while standing beside you every step of the way, this is the place ❤️

Just started training here and I’m already impressed. The atmosphere is very energetic — the kind of place that pushes you the moment you walk in. The workouts are intense but in the best way, challenging you without feeling overwhelming, and you actually leave knowing you put real work in. The coach is extremely motivating, always keeping the energy high and making sure everyone stays locked in and gives their best. Whether you’re trying to level up or just need that extra push, this gym definitely delivers. Highly recommend!!
